Once your order has been placed it will subject to warehouse/stock availability.
Upon booking your E-One and/or accessories for dispatch with France Medical, your goods will be dispatched with TNT or Hunter Express. In the instance that your goods can not be delivered via TNT or Hunter Express, and you wish to have your goods delivered to an Australian PO Box, all goods will be sent via Registered Post, Australia Post. This will not change the price of freight.
Please note that, due to TNT or Hunter Express not delivering on the weekends, most deliveries will be made within weekday working hours. Please be aware that details vital to the delivery of your good will be attached to your package and that at no other time does France Medical share any of your details.
France Medical will Endeavour to respect the delivery times indicated on the website. We cannot, however, be held responsible for the consequences of a late delivery or the loss of a package caused by a third-party contracted to make delivery, or by you, or because of some unforeseen event or an “Act of God”.
If you do not receive your package within 24 hours of the estimated date of delivery please let us know so that we can carry out an investigation with the courier. Such investigation may take a couple of days upon receipt of your claim. During this time no reimbursement will take place, see Terms & Conditions.
For security reasons, all orders paid by credit card can be subject to verification by France Medical, possibly resulting in dispatch delay. At this time France Medical may wish to also confirm your delivery details. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause; however, these measures are taken to protect our clients from possible fraud associated with credit cards.
